You are invited to take part in a free training session for caregivers offered by l’Institut Universitaire SHERPA. The workshop will focus primarily on raising awareness, and helping support people from immigrant backgrounds and those belonging to English-speaking communities.

What is caregiving?
Caregiving involves anyone who supports one or more members of their entourage with a temporary or permanent disability (physical, psychological, psychosocial, or other), regardless of their age or living environment. This support can be directed towards loved ones with whom an emotional or familial bond is shared, or even without a direct family connection.
Why participate in this training?
This free training is intended for caregivers of all ages and aims to:
- Equip you to better meet the challenges of your role
- Raise awareness and support individuals from immigrant and English-speaking communities, who are strongly encouraged to participate
